H07RN-F is a heavy-duty general-purpose rubber-sheathed flexible cable, widely used in various industrial and mobile electrical applications. Below is a detailed overview:

Product Structure

• Conductor: Bare copper stranded wires, compliant with DIN VDE 0295 Class 5 and IEC 60228 Class 5 standards. The multi-strand fine-stranded structure ensures excellent flexibility and conductivity.
• Insulation: Core insulation uses EI4-type crosslinked elastomer compound, offering superior electrical insulation, chemical resistance, and heat resistance.
• Core Identification:
  • For up to 5 cores: Colored wires as per VDE 0293-308.
  • For 6 or more cores: Black wires with white numbering, with or without green-yellow (GNYE) earth wire.
• Stranding: Layered stranding to stabilize the cable structure and prevent loosening.
• Outer Sheath: EM2-type crosslinked elastomer compound, typically black. It features high abrasion resistance, weatherability, oil resistance, and flame retardancy.

3.When I want customized products, how to do?

Contacting our customers survice, we have a professional R&D team and quality inspection team that can customize products according to customer's needs.

4.Can you send a sample for us to test?

If we have inventory, you can get 1-5meters sample for free, but freight cost need to be paid by your compony. If need a lot of samples , sample and freight cost have to be paid by your esteemed company. We will return the sample cost to you when we receiving your initial order.

5.If we want to purchase, how to pay ?

Generally we do T/T in 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L . Also payment terms are negotiable depending on customer's request.

6.When you arrange delivery after we place an order ?

Normally,we will arrange delivery in 7-15 days after order , and negotiation is allowed according to your quantity.

7.After I pay, what about shipping method?

Goods can be delivered by air, by express or by sea; International Express as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT; You can choose the best way as you wish.
